CRM 2013 Demo Script

We can follow this demo script to complete a demonstration to any CRM Lead

- We have created a Phone call initially. Quick Create button + sign
- A new phone call is created with some query
- Convert this phone call to the opportunity. And fill the required fields.
- Add Products required in this opportunity and then finally create a Quote.
- Activate the Quote
- Create Order
- Full fill the order
- Create invoice
- Invoice Paid

For Marketing Perspective
  • Create a new Marketing List - can be dynamic or static list.
  • Create a new Campaign.
  • New Campaign response and then convert it to the Opportunity. You can convert that to Lead or anything as well

Finally show some Outlook integration and related stuff. Email stored as activity and its tracking.
