Email Alert Settings - AX 2012

The issue with email templates encountered by us is as follows. - When we setup alerts template for email from Organizational Administration > Setup > Alerts > Alert parameters The selected Email ID will only be used when the created alert is not GLOBAL . That is, Organization-wide must not be checked for the alert if these defined template must be used for the specific alert. In case GLOBAL is checked, then the default Template setup in System Administration > Setup > System parameters > Alerts  Email ID  will be used.

Position Details for Payroll AX 2012

Few parameters need to be setup for generating Earning Statements and Pay Statements for the employees. The default setup should be as follows Annual regular hours - as standard must be setup to 2080 (52 weeks X 40 hours per week) Pay Cycle - The default pay cycle the employee would be getting the salary for Paid By -   Must be properly setup to hit proper accounts and avoid any errors for "No earning statements generated"  etc. "The selection criteria did not return any results."
